Dates for your diary: February-March 2015

We will hold the first working parties of 2015 on the following dates:

Saturday February 28th, 2.00pm. Main tasks include clearance of overgrowth on vacant plots and to burn the wood waste on plot 18.

Sunday March 29th, 2.00pm

Friday, April 24th, 11.00am. There will also be a plot inspection the weekend of Friday April 24-Sunday April 26. Plots should be tidy, beds dug over and ready for the 2015 growing season. Further details of the inspection will be issued and posted on noticeboards in due course.

One more very important date: the next AGM will be on Saturday April 25th at 3.00pm. At the last AGM in November we explained that in order to comply with our financial reporting responsibilities with the FCA, we really need to be holding our AGM in April rather than November, and that we would be making the switch in 2015. There will be no change in the dates when your annual rent is due: that will continue to be renewable in October as it always has been.

Formal notice of this year’s AGM in April will be posted shortly, along with further details about the agenda. But for the meantime, do save the date.
