Woodhouse Allotments has allocated specific dates over winter 2025 and early spring 2026, when bonfires may be held on our site.
They follow the pattern of the first Saturday + the last Sunday of each month from October until the end of March, but avoiding Christmas and New Year.
The days are as follows:

- Saturday 6th December 2025

- Saturday 3rd January 2026
- Sunday 25th January 2026
- Saturday 7th February 2026
- Sunday 22nd February 2026
- Saturday 7th March 2026
- Sunday 29th March 2026
Our allotment site rules, set by Barnet Council, state that bonfires are permitted between October and the end of March each year. Our members have voted to restrict bonfire lighting to specific dates out of consideration for our neighbours, which include a primary school.
